Refunds
Last updated October 9, 2026
You get the full source code the moment you download it, and code cannot be returned. That is why refunds work like this:
When you can get a refund
- You have not downloaded the source yet. Write to us within 14 days of the purchase and we refund it in full. We can see whether the code of a purchase was downloaded, through the website or the CLI.
- It does not work and we cannot fix it. If an animation does not run on the versions listed on its page (Expo SDK, React Native, Reanimated) and we cannot fix it within 14 days of your report, we refund that animation, or your All-access purchase if it is the only reason you bought it.
When you cannot
- After you have downloaded the source, for reasons other than the one above (for example, changing your mind).
- For animations that work as described but that you decided not to use.
How
Write to support@nativeanimation.com from the email of your account with the order and, for the second case, what fails. Refunds are issued by Polar, our merchant of record, to the original payment method.
A refund ends the license for the refunded animations: access through the website and the CLI is revoked, and you must delete any copy of the code you made.
Customers in the European Union
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from online purchases. For digital content, that right ends when the delivery starts with your express consent. At checkout you confirm that you want immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once you download the code. Until you download it, you keep it.
Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
